Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time remote Customer Care Agent will manage inquiries related to insurance and non-insurance matters through various communication channels while processing new enrollments and claims.
##### Key responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer care across phone, email, text, chat, and social media
Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues and maintain positive relationships
Process new customer enrollments, claims, and fulfillment tasks in compliance with company policies
##### Required qualifications
Prior experience in a customer service role with significant customer interaction
Existing Property & Casualty Insurance License
Experience with ticketing software (e.g., Zendesk, Kustomer, Gladly)
Strong administrative and computer skills
Entrepreneurial interest and a passion for pets
