Organize and standardize proposal templates and oversee the central content library for proposal use

Coordinate schedules and deadlines for proposal activities, ensuring timely delivery and post-submission support

Execute program management of working sessions and monitor proposal schedules while maintaining communication with stakeholders

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in government proposal management or related fields

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with proposal generation tools

Strong organizational skills and demonstrated project management experience in cross-functional environments
