QA Analyst (Product Quality & AI Testing)

We are looking for a QA Analyst (4–6 years experience) to strengthen our product quality and testing processes.
Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end manual testing across product features
Create structured test cases, scenarios, and regression plans
Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to improve test coverage and efficiency
Validate user workflows, UI/UX, and edge cases
Work closely with product and engineering teams during releases
Contribute to basic test automation for repetitive test cases
Perform data validation and basic backend verification where required
What we’re looking for:
4–6 years of QA / testing experience
Strong manual and exploratory testing skills
Structured thinking and attention to detail
Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in testing workflows
Basic understanding of automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Java)
Good communication and collaboration skills
Good to have:
Hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium
API testing (Postman)
Experience testing AI/chatbot features
* Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
