QA / Test Developer

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated QA/Test Developer to join our team at IBM. Our ideal candidate is a critical thinker with an eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with product teams to develop and execute test plans in order to ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of software development processes and knowledge of scripting languages, as well as experience working with automation tools. Additionally, strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you’ll be working with teams from across the organization to ensure a successful product launch. Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans to ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction

Utilize scripting languages and automation tools to streamline testing processes

Analyze test results to identify areas of improvement

Collaborate with product teams and other stakeholders to ensure successful product launches

Monitor product performance and accuracy

Troubleshoot and debug software issues

Document and report test results and findings

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software development processes and best practices
