Quality & Compliance Coordinator

About the role

You'll coordinate and support the quality and compliance activities that sit behind our engineering projects, helping ensure documentation, inspections and certification requirements are completed accurately and on time. You'll work alongside engineers, workshop supervisors and management to coordinate project quality, support compliance, improve documentation and help develop systems that support our continued growth.

Key responsibilities

Prepare project quality documentation

Coordinate Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)

Arrange engineer and third-party inspections

Track inspection hold points and quality documentation

Maintain material traceability records

Prepare documentation supporting Producer Statements (PS3s)

Assist with project quality close-out

Maintain controlled quality documentation

Support our HERA Steel Fabrication Certification (SFC) system

Assist with internal and external audits

About you

Excellent organisational skills

Strong attention to detail

Confidence working with technical documentation

Good written and verbal communication skills

The ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong computer skills and the confidence to learn new systems

A practical, positive approach to problem solving

Experience in engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, construction or quality systems would be highly regarded but is not essential
