Location: Radius Matua, 124 Levers Rd, Matua, Tauranga

Hours of work: 40 hours per week

About the role:

Assist the care home manager with maintenance of the continuous quality improvement programme, ensuring the care home is compliant with Health and Disability Safety Standard 8134.2008

Duties include:

Assist with scheduling and running quality assurance meetings

Responsibility for Internal Audit Programme and appropriate delegation of internal audits

Review and analyze completed internal audits

Develop corrective action plans and implement these in consultation with the care home manager

Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in all work areas

Participate in staff meetings and committees as required

Skills and Experience:

Knowledge and enthusiasm for quality improvement measures

Effective communication skills

Ability to act as a resource person for implementing quality improvement activities
