To support the recruitment process for non-term limited mid-level positions, the full-time remote Recruiting Coordinator will manage candidate outreach, interview logistics, and data management while collaborating with hiring teams and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

##### Key responsibilities

• Create job postings and coordinate kick-off calls with hiring teams
• Prepare for interviews by managing logistics and conducting debrief calls
• Assist with miscellaneous projects related to talent acquisition, including phone screens

##### Required qualifications

• Associate's degree, HR professional certification, or 4 years of recruiting-related experience, or equivalent combination
• Experience managing multiple calendars and scheduling meetings across time zones
• Proficiency in maintaining files, data entry, and processing paperwork
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or database software
• Experience using MS Office software effectively in a fast-paced environment
