To support a seamless hiring process, the full-time remote Recruiting Coordinator will manage candidate outreach, interview logistics, and data management while collaborating with recruiters and hiring teams across the Western US.

##### Key responsibilities

• Create job postings and coordinate kickoff calls with hiring teams
• Prepare for interviews by managing logistics and conducting debrief calls
• Assist with miscellaneous projects, including phone screens and talent acquisition activities

##### Required qualifications

• Associate's degree, HR certification, or 4 years of recruiting-related experience, or equivalent combination
• Experience managing multiple calendars and scheduling meetings across time zones
• Proficiency in maintaining files, processing paperwork, and data entry
• Experience using applicant tracking systems or database software
• Familiarity with MS Office software and ability to work under tight deadlines
