Leading the operational engine behind hiring, the full-time remote Recruiting Operations Lead will design and implement scalable recruiting processes, manage the end-to-end ATS migration, and define key recruiting metrics to enhance hiring quality and efficiency.

##### Key responsibilities

Design and implement high-quality recruiting processes across the hiring lifecycle, ensuring standards for interview structure and candidate experience

Lead the end-to-end ATS migration, including requirements definition, vendor management, and system configuration

Define and track key recruiting metrics while building dashboards to translate data into actionable insights for business decisions

##### Required qualifications

5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, or a related function

Hands-on experience managing at least one ATS implementation or migration end to end

Proven ability to design and improve recruiting processes

Strong technical aptitude with recruiting systems, including workflow configuration and report building

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across levels and functions
