We’re now looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Rotorua team.

About the role:

•       Identify new client opportunities and turn them into long term, mutually beneficial relationships by becoming a trusted partner to businesses across the Bay of Plenty.

•       Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process so the right people are available at the right time for our clients’ needs.

•       Build strong relationships with clients and candidates by being genuine, reliable, and easy to deal with.

•       Listen carefully to clients’ short- and long-term requirements, then provide practical recruitment solutions that keep them coming back.

•       Get out on site to understand the mahi happening first-hand, while helping ensure the health and safety of our people is looked after.

Who we are looking for:

•       A confident, proactive person who enjoys talking to people, asking good questions, and turning conversations into opportunities.

•       Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

•       Experience working in fast-paced environments where you’ve had to juggle competing priorities and keep things moving.

•       Sales, customer service, account management, operations, hospitality, logistics, trades, or recruitment experience would all be valuable — recruitment experience is helpful, but not essential.

•       A positive attitude, good sense of humour, and willingness to be part of a team that works hard and enjoys the ride.
