We’re looking for an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to join our Blenheim service team.

This could suit a senior engineer looking for their next challenge, or a solid mid-level technician who’s ready to step up. For the right person, there’s genuine opportunity to take on more responsibility and have a say in how our service department develops and grows.

• The Role

This is a service-focused role working across

• Commercial refrigeration systems
• Commercial and residential HVAC systems
• Fault-finding and diagnostics
• Servicing, maintenance and repairs
• Breakdown response
• You’ll work both independently and alongside a supportive, experienced team, with the support and resources to do your job well.
• What We’re Looking For

• Key requirements:
• Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer
• Experience in refrigeration & HVAC service work
• EST registration
• Full NZ driver’s licence
• Availability to participate in the on-call roster
• You’ll also be someone who:
• Takes pride in tidy, high-quality workmanship
• Has strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Communicates well with customers and the team
• Is reliable, organised, and takes ownership of their work
• Enjoys sharing knowledge and contributing to a strong team
