Regulatory Relations Manager

PayPal is looking for an experienced and motivated Regulatory Relations Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring PayPal meets all relevant regulatory requirements in the markets in which we operate.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a regulatory or legal compliance role, along with a background in global compliance, financial services, or online payments. You should have a strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations, the ability to think and act strategically, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.You will be a highly effective leader who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the company meets all regulatory and compliance requirements, while also being able to develop strong relationships with external regulators. Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze applicable laws and regulations to ensure PayPal meets all relevant regulatory requirements in the markets in which it operates.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with external regulators.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the company meets all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Provide strategic guidance on regulatory and compliance matters.

Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Provide training to staff on applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.

Remain up-to-date on changes in the regulatory landscape.

Respond to inquiries and requests from regulatory agencies.
