Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with dog and litter registrations while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

##### Key responsibilities

Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and document interactions using Salesforce

Educate customers on registrations, transfers of ownership, and AKC policies while promoting resources

Utilize multiple software programs to resolve issues and maintain communication with the team

##### Required qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams

Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications and perform transactional tasks

Strong independent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Experience in customer service with a pleasant telephone manner

Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
