Working remotely in Nevada, the full-time hourly Remote Contact Center Representative will manage inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing customer support for dog and litter registrations while utilizing Salesforce and other software tools.

##### Key responsibilities

Handle a high volume of customer inquiries through various channels, documenting interactions accurately

Educate customers on registration processes and AKC policies while promoting resources and programs

Utilize multiple software applications to resolve issues and maintain communication with the team professionally

##### Required qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams

Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce

Ability to multitask across various web-based applications and browser tabs

Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating and resolving customer issues

Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required
