Job Description
To support remote legal depositions, the part-time hourly Remote Legal Guardian will prepare case materials, manage live proceedings, assist participants, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of accurate transcripts.
##### Key responsibilities
Review case materials and research terminology prior to depositions
Host and manage remote legal proceedings, ensuring a professional experience for participants
Monitor live depositions and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
##### Required qualifications
Strong technical proficiency with Zoom or similar video conferencing tools
Experience in legal support, court reporting, or similar is a plus
Ability to remain composed in live, high-attention settings
Comfortable working in an on-call, variable schedule environment
Notary Public commission is a plus
