[Remote] Senior Engagement Lead-Investment Management (Data, Analytics, & AI)

They are seeking a Senior Engagement Lead to work directly with C-suite and senior executives at leading investment managers, shaping transformation agendas and establishing themselves as a trusted strategic advisor.

Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to senior executives and CXOs; build trusted relationships and influence strategic decision-making
• Shape and drive innovative strategies in data modernization, advanced analytics, and AI that deliver measurable business outcomes
• Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders; proactively identify emerging needs, opportunities, and original ideas
• Contribute to firm-wide leadership by expanding the asset management vertical with differentiated and scalable offerings
• Represent the firm’s senior leadership team in client interactions; collaborate across delivery, consulting, and managed services
• Mentor, recruit, and develop project leads and consultants; contribute to culture-building, knowledge development, and internal initiatives

Skills

• Must have 10-15 years experience (anything above or below this will become a deal breaker)
• Asset Management Experience is mandatory (Capital markets and generic investment banking will not cut it)
• Candidate must have experience in Data & AI Space
• 12+ years of relevant experience in the investment management industry, with demonstrated success in winning business and growing client accounts
• Recognized executive presence, deep domain expertise, and the ability to navigate and influence complex client organizations
• Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale data, analytics, and AI-driven transformation initiatives
• Strong relationship-building and advisory skills; ability to engage at the highest levels and operate effectively in politically complex environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, visionary, and capable of shaping new opportunities
