Owning the entire hiring engine, the full-time Remote Talent Acquisition Manager will source, screen, and shortlist candidates across various roles in a fast-growing remote marketing agency.
##### Key responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 roles annually in areas such as paid media, video editing, and sales
Source candidates through various platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter and niche agency communities
Coordinate interview processes, including first-round screenings, reference checks, and offer logistics
##### Required qualifications
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a marketing agency or remote-first environment
Proven ability to fill roles within 30 days
Strong written communication skills suitable for an async-first culture
Experience with both high-volume sourcing and high-judgment screening
US-based availability during core hours of 9am-5pm CT
