Overseeing the timely collection and compliance of clinical visit documentation, the full-time Remote Visit Notes Manager will manage the Shared Services Data Quality team, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to resolve documentation issues.

##### Key responsibilities

Provide leadership and operational oversight of the Shared Services Data Quality team, ensuring compliance and achievement of organizational goals

Monitor visit note documentation processes across various disciplines, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of records

Generate and analyze operational and compliance reports, offering actionable recommendations to improve documentation workflows

##### Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, health care management, or related field preferred

Five years of experience in a managed care healthcare setting preferred

One to two years of experience in customer service, quality, and/or auditing

Experience with Coding (ICD-10), Authorizations, and provider relations preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
