Candidate profile (text) - Default language IKEA Nottingham are looking to welcome a Warehouse Replenishment Assistant's to join our hard-working fulfilment team on nightshift.

Dedicated and hardworking Nightshift Replenishment Assistant. You will be maintaining stock accuracy, replenishing high-volume retail and warehouse environments, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked to meet customer demand. Committed to safe manual handling practices, operating around warehouse machinery, and upholding the highest safety standards while working efficiently as part of a team.

Health & safety regulations for this role, you must be 18 years of age or older.

WHAT WE OFFER

Start Date of employment will be: 15th November 2026

Hourly rate of £13.45 per hour, plus an additional £2.25ph for nightshift allowance paid between 10pm and 6am.

16 hours weekly, working 3 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends.

24 hours weekly, working 4 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends.

Working hours are between 2am to 9am.

Some shifts for this role will start at 2am. Please be aware that links to the store by public transport may be infrequent. If you will be using public transport to get to the store we ask you to consider your transport route before you apply.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, all you will need is the enthusiasm to thrive in an active workplace.
• Ability to prioritise and organise your workload swiftly and with attention to detail.
• Experience in utilising technical equipment to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure you are prepared to initiate tasks on your own initiative and to participate productively in group efforts.
• Compliance with health and safety guidelines necessitates that applicants are 18 years of age or older.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Replenishing all our IKEA departments, including the warehouse.
• Inventory & counting stock to support customer demand.
• Manual handling of heavy stock safely.
• Working with or around heavy machinery, such as, Forklift trucks, counterbalance, pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
