Job Description
Supporting the Military OneSource mission, the full-time Reporting Analyst will gather and prepare metrics and reporting data remotely for various program-related reports, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with service level agreements.
##### Key responsibilities
Gather, consolidate, and prepare metrics for monthly and quarterly reporting related to program performance
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and support operational decision-making
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of reporting requirements with operational objectives
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of two years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
Experience in Behavioral Healthcare or a comparable Healthcare environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with MySQL, MS SQL, or similar database technologies
Ability to pass criminal history and background checks as required
