Resin Flooring Installer

Zohby Flooring Limited is seeking an experienced Resin Flooring Installer to join its team. The successful candidate must have experienced Resin Flooring Installer required. The successful candidate must have experience preparing concrete and other floor surfaces by grinding, sanding, shot blasting, cleaning and repairing cracks or damaged areas. Duties include accurately measuring and mixing epoxy, polyurethane and other resin flooring materials; applying primers, base coats, self-levelling systems, screeds and protective topcoats; spreading and levelling resin using squeegees, rollers and trowels; broadcasting aggregates and creating smooth, non-slip or decorative finishes according to project specifications.

The candidate must be able to interpret drawings and technical specifications, calculate material quantities, check floor levels and moisture conditions, maintain the required coating thickness and inspect the completed work to ensure a consistent, high-quality finish. Experience using industrial floor-preparation machinery and specialist resin-application tools is essential.

The candidate must understand the correct handling of resins and chemical products and comply with all workplace health and safety requirements, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Previous experience as a Resin Flooring Installer is required.
