About the role
We are searching for a Restaurant Manager to assist in running our busy front of house at our well established 150 seat Mexican restaurant located in Mangawhai Heads. We are looking for a confident Manager to move forward with us and become an integral part of our team.
Key responsibilities
Liaising with dine in and take away customers
Ordering and stock management
Minor administration tasks
General drinks and cocktail preparation and storage
General support and management for front of house team
General cleaning and dishes
Training junior staff
Rostering and shift organisation
Food and alcohol safety training and record keeping
Drinks menu development
About you
Current Duty Manager Certificate required
Previous restaurant experience
