Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent guest experience
• Manage bar operations, including stock control, ordering, cocktail and drinks menus, and licensing compliance
• Coordinate with the kitchen team on menu planning, food quality, costing, waste reduction and food safety (HACCP)
• Recruit, train, schedule and mentor staff
• Control budgets, labour costs, margins and weekly reporting
• Plan and run the restaurant’s social media strategy: content calendar, photography, promotions, community engagement and reviews
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally
• Key Requirements
• 3+ years in a restaurant management or supervisory role
• Working knowledge of bar, floor and kitchen operations
• Proven experience managing and motivating teams
• English and Spanish speaker
• Strong understanding of food safety, health and safety, and licensing regulations
• Experience creating content and growing engagement on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Solid financial and stock management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Right to work in Ireland
