Retail Operations Coordinator

AGI Australaisa Ltd is a Sporting Goods & Outdoor Distributer, who lead and manage Under Armour, Keen, Hey Dude and Cariuma brands in New Zealand.

We are looking for an experienced Retail Operations & Support Co-Ordinator to join our Head Office team to support our National Retail Manager and our DTC Retail Commercial Manager.

We are after someone who has very strong excel and reporting skills, an understanding of retail stock and inventory administration, cross functional coordination skills between retail stores and the commercial planning teams.

It's a fast-paced role, so you must work quick, be highly organised with strong time management skills and it requires someone who understands the backend of retail.

Your essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Own weekly and monthly KPI and commercial reporting across our retail stores

Manage stock accuracy, including cycle counts, negative stock actions and order tracking

Prepare and distribute the weekly store communications

Governance and compliance support

Provide pricing, promotion and markdown support alongside our Commercial Planning team

Retail replenishment and inventory management support including stock consolidations

Build tools and reporting that streamline retail operations

Be the go-to support for stores on stock, pricing and operational queries
