Position Summary:
As a Guest Service Associate, you are the face of the brand—creating a welcoming, professional, and engaging experience for every guest who walks through our doors. In this role, you’ll focus on delivering exceptional guest service while supporting package and product sales. You play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive team environment that reflects a culture of confidence, care, and excellence.
### Essential Responsibilities and Duties
#### Guest Service and Experience
Create a positive and welcoming environment that reflects the organization’s values and standards.
Warmly stand and genuinely greet every guest with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
Educate guests on services, policies, and what to expect during their visit.
Answer phone calls professionally, manage the reservation book, and address guest inquiries.
#### Sales & Goal Achievement
Educate every guest on package savings programs, products, overall experience, and promotional offerings.
Confidently communicate the benefits of service frequency and product usage.
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and rebooking goals while actively contributing to broader performance targets.
#### Product & Service Sales
Maintain strong knowledge of product and service offerings.
Recommend and promote appropriate skincare products and service packages.
#### Team Collaboration & Culture
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
Uphold brand values, standards, and model the guest experience expectations.
#### Operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and front desk area.
Support the team in opening/closing procedures and other administrative tasks.
Accurately process transactions and manage guest profiles through POS systems.
### Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Passion for beauty, wellness, and guest skin care
Energetic, positive, and professional demeanor
### Education/Experience
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or retail preferred
Comfortable using POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, or related software
### Work Environment and Physical Demands
Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends
Travel requirements: As required
* Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
