To support patient accounting operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Representative will manage the accurate submission of insurance claims, follow up on outstanding claims, and resolve discrepancies while working remotely.

##### Key responsibilities

Submit and manage insurance claims, including responses to denials and re-bills

Conduct insurance follow-up and collections, collaborating with internal and external departments to resolve issues

Maintain work queues and respond to third-party correspondence, ensuring timely resolution of payment and billing inquiries

##### Required qualifications

High School Degree

Two years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities such as authorization, billing, or collections

Basic understanding of health insurance plans, policies, and procedures
