Risk & Compliance - PayPal Consumer

Driving day-to-day execution on all risk management activities related to the oversight of risks and controls for critical business processes and activities for all relevant risks. Driving ongoing oversight and effective challenge of business units’ issue and incident management and remediation efforts. Supporting ongoing and targeted compliance monitoring and/or testing, by regulators, internal audit, first line testers, and second line testers. Supporting key risk and compliance initiatives, including but not limited to internal process transformations, system implementation readiness, and organizational change. Preparing ongoing reports summarizing the business units’ risk and control environment. Working in a highly matrixed environment to ensure the effective execution of PayPal’s risk management program.
