Do you enjoy being on the road, meeting new people and chasing results?

We're looking for an energetic, motivated and customer-focused person to join our Streets Ice Cream team as a Route Sales Representative.

This is far more than a delivery driving role. You'll be responsible for building customer relationships, growing sales, merchandising freezers, and ensuring some of New Zealand's favourite ice cream brands are always available and looking their best.

The Opportunity

Based in Rotorua, you'll manage a dedicated territory throughout the Central North Island, visiting customers from dairies and convenience stores through to cafés and other foodservice outlets.

You'll be the face of Streets Ice Cream across your region, taking ownership of your route and working closely with customers to maximise sales opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include

Delivering Streets Ice Cream products to customers
Building strong customer relationships
Growing sales across your territory
Merchandising and maintaining freezer standards
Ensuring the right products are available at the right time
Promoting new products and seasonal opportunities
Managing stock and vehicle presentation
Providing outstanding customer service
Identifying and securing new business opportunities
No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, independence and being out in the market.

What We're Looking For

We're more interested in attitude than experience.

You might be early in your sales career, coming from customer service, retail, hospitality, delivery driving, merchandising or another customer-facing role.

To be successful you'll have

A current Class 2 Driver Licence

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A positive, can-do attitude

Commercial awareness and a drive to achieve results

Self-motivation and the ability to work independently

Good organisational and time management skills

A high level of personal presentation

Physical fitness and willingness to undertake manual handling

Previous sales experience is an advantage but not essential. We'll provide training and support for the right person.
