  • Part dispensing
  • Nurse led chronic disease clinics
  • Weekly educational meetings
  • Monthly Clinical Governance meetings
  • Monthly GSF Meetings with community

7 weeks leave, one week study leave

  • (pro rata)
  • Low numbers of home visits
  • Built in morning coffee break
  • 15 minute appointments
  • Half day triage sessions
  • Laptop provided to facilitate remote

Care co-ordinating/navigating

  • Reception Team
  • Administrative GP Assistants carrying
  • out document workflow processing
  • Remote pharmacist and in-house trainee Pharmacy Technician
  • On site social prescriber and physiotherapist
