Owning the sales and marketing functions, the full-time remote Sales and Marketing Director will manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing while also developing and executing internal marketing strategies to elevate the company's brand and attract established clients.

##### Key responsibilities

Conduct introductory and discovery calls, manage the sales pipeline, and handle negotiations and contract processes

Develop and execute Meta advertising campaigns and broader marketing strategies, including content and demand generation

Create and direct the production of marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, and case studies to enhance brand positioning

##### Required qualifications

3+ years of B2B closing experience with a proven track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation

Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market buyers

Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, preferably on Meta, or strong knowledge of digital marketing

Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, for pipeline management and reporting

Comfortable operating as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions
