Owning both sales and marketing for the company, the remote Founding Sales & Marketing Leader will manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing while developing and executing internal marketing strategies to elevate the brand and attract clients.

##### Key responsibilities

Conduct introductory and discovery calls, manage the sales pipeline, and negotiate contracts

Develop and execute internal Meta advertising campaigns and broader marketing strategies, including content and brand positioning

Create and direct marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, and case studies to support demand generation

##### Required qualifications

3+ years of B2B closing experience with a proven track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation

Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market buyers

Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, preferably on Meta, or strong knowledge of direct response and digital marketing

Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, including pipeline management and deal tracking

Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and available during standard business hours
