Sales Associate

**Job Overview**

Amazon Stone is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at our granite and countertop showroom. This role involves working directly with customers to guide them through the process of selecting and purchasing granite countertops for residential remodeling projects. The ideal candidate is organized, customer focused, and able to quickly learn the technical aspects of natural stone products and installation.

Each countertop project is unique, so the Sales Associate must understand how to work within a client’s budget while helping them select the right material from our inventory. This includes learning the different types of granite, how countertops are fabricated and installed, and how to efficiently source slabs in a way that conserves material and supports project profitability.

A training period will be provided to teach the necessary product knowledge and internal processes. However, candidates should be proactive, detail oriented, and able to learn quickly in order to become effective in the role.

**Responsibilities**

• Assist walk in customers in the showroom and guide them through countertop material selections
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on granite options, pricing ranges, and installation considerations
• Prepare and send estimates to clients based on project specifications and measurements
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects move smoothly from selection to installation
• Maintain communication with clients regarding project status and scheduling
• Manage and reference inventory to determine the most appropriate slabs for each project
• Provide professional customer service throughout the entire sales process

**Qualifications**

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn technical product knowledge quickly
• Organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Professional and customer focused demeanor
• Basic computer skills for email communication and preparing estimates
• Previous sales or showroom experience is a plus but not required
• Able to speak Spanish or Portuguese

**Work Environment**

This position is based in our showroom and office environment in Oviedo. The role involves working directly with customers, managing project details, and collaborating with the team to ensure high quality service and successful project outcomes.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 per week
