Job Description
Leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives, the full-time Sales Manager - SMB will drive high-volume outbound cold calling efforts to sell advertising solutions to small local businesses, while working remotely from the East or Midwest regions of the United States.
##### Key responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives to meet or exceed sales goals
Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates
Facilitate effective team meetings, sales trainings, and performance check-ins
##### Required qualifications
1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume outbound environment
Proficient in selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM
Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a commitment to developing others
Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a HS Diploma or GED
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
