Are

you super organised, detail-obsessed, and love being the go-to person who makes

everything run smoothly? We’re looking for a Sales Support specialist to power

up our sales and logistics operations. This role can be based in any of our

lower North Island branches.

You’ll

be the glue between sales, operations, and customers — making sure quotes go

out, orders are spot-on, and deliveries land right on time.

*What

You’ll Be Doing*

• Preparing quotes, proposals & presentations that
• win business
• Managing customer enquiries and keeping follow-ups on
• track
• Processing orders accurately and keeping the CRM up to
• date
• Coordinating transport, shipping & delivery
• schedules
• Tracking shipments and resolving any hiccups fast
• Keeping customers informed, happy, and confident in our
• service
• Supporting meetings, reporting, and continuous
• improvements
