Leading a high-performing engineering delivery team, the full-time Senior Manager of Salesforce Engineering will oversee the execution and adoption of the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps while enhancing operational efficiency in a remote environment.

Manage and mentor the Salesforce Engineering team, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to deployment standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with the company's strategic goals and oversee architectural evolution

Drive Agile processes, manage sprint planning, and resolve technical dependencies to maintain project momentum

##### Required qualifications

8+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3 years in engineering leadership or technical management roles

Strong expertise in Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community/Experience Cloud

Hands-on experience with Salesforce development technologies (Apex, Lightning, Flows) and enterprise deployment tools like Copado

Proven experience implementing Salesforce AI capabilities and managing complex connectivity solutions

Current Salesforce certifications, including Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant
