**Role Overview**

The Technical Integration Engineer (TIE) leads the end-to-end onboarding of customers to SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC) across Neo and Cloud Foundry environments. This role combines technical integration expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, serving as the single point of contact throughout the implementation to Go-Live.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Own MBC tenant configuration to Banks
• Collaborate with customer and/or partners to ensure full completion E2E (ERP to Banks integration)
• Configure MBC tenant connectivity between MBC tenants and banks (Neo & Cloud Foundry)
• Support customers setting up their ERP to MBC tenant integration
• Set up and validate secure connectivity protocols (EBICS, SWIFT, SFTP).
• Manage certificates, security configurations
• Perform end-to-end integration testing for payment and bank statement flows (ISO 20022).
• Drive stakeholder communication, track progress, mitigate risks, and coordinate with customers, banks, partners, and internal SAP teams
• Ensure successful production cutover and structured handover to support.

**Technical Requirements**

• Strong knowledge of SAP landscape including SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and SAP Business Technology Platform (Neo & Cloud Foundry).
• Experience with bank connectivity protocols: EBICS, SWIFT, HTTPS, SFTP, VPN, FTP.
• Understanding of ISO 20022 formats (pain.001, camt.053, etc).
• Hands-on experience in certificate management and secure integrations.Strong troubleshooting skills with log analysis and root cause identification.
• Flexibility to work in shifts based on business requirements.
