Sawmill Tablehand

THE ROLE:

We are currently recruiting for a Sawmill Tablehand to assist with our operations in Ohinewai. Key duties include:

Building and stacking packets of timber.

Completing relevant quality checks and documentation.

Assisting the team with other duties as required.

This role has a direct impact on our production levels and quality and therefore plays an important part in the overall success of the mill.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience isn’t necessary as you’ll receive full training. However, you’ll need to be physically fit, self-motivated, able to work outside, reliableand a team player.

You’ll also have a positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to undertake work in a safe and efficient way to ensure our health and safety, quality standards and production requirements are met.

Sound written and numeracy skills will also be required.
