Mitre 10 Manukau is looking for a motivated and energetic Seasonal Department Supervisor to lead one of our busiest and most exciting departments.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong selling ethos, excellent people leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

### Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the Seasonal team to achieve sales and service targets.

Drive a strong customer-first and sales-focused culture.

Oversee merchandising, stock availability, promotional execution, and department presentation.

Coordinate daily operations, staffing, and workload priorities.

Coach and develop team members to achieve high performance.

Maintain health, safety, and operational standards across the department.

### About You

Proven retail leadership or supervisory experience.

Strong sales drive and the ability to influence team performance.

Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Organised, proactive, and able to make decisions under pressure.

Passion for customer service and delivering results.

Experience in garden, seasonal, outdoor living, or big-box retail is advantageous.
