Supporting the advisory team remotely, the full-time Securities and Insurance Licensed Paraplanner will prepare financial plans, conduct investment research, and coordinate client service needs while collaborating closely with the Lead Advisor.

##### Key responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to accounts, investments, and advisory services

Assist in data entry and preparation of draft financial plans for advisor review

Maintain accurate client information and documentation to ensure a seamless client experience

##### Required qualifications

5-10 years of financial services experience preferred

CFP certification required

Must be securities registered (Series 7 & 66 or 7 & 63/65) and insurance licensed/appointed

Willingness to complete Long-Term Care training as required by state regulations

Strong technical aptitude with business tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
