Grade A for MTA : £13.28, Grade B for TA: £13.48 - £13.70

Required for 2nd November, or sooner if possible

A SEN teaching Assistant / Mealtime Assistant to support a specific pupil in our Reception classes.

The successful candidate will move up the school with the child, subject to the child's continued attendance at our school and the continuation of funding.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

An aptitude for working with children

understanding of working with SEN pupils.

A commitment to setting high standards of pupil behaviour.

An ability to motivate children through positive relationships.

Effective communication with children and colleagues.

The capacity to work in a team and learn from others.

Initiative, enthusiasm and commitment.

Willingness to fulfil the duties as outlined in the Job Description.

Previous teaching assistant experience in Reception/ infant classes

Read Write Inc Phonics experience/ training
