Job Description
Driving sales account development within the SLED organization, the full-time Senior Account Manager will identify new opportunities, manage customer relationships, and execute comprehensive sales plans remotely.
##### Key responsibilities
Develop sales within designated target markets by identifying new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and customer appointments
Manage customer relationships post-sale to strengthen positioning, retain revenue, and capture additional business opportunities
Create and execute sales plans with defined strategies and timelines to maximize revenue growth while maintaining accurate sales forecasts
##### Required qualifications
5+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role
Proven success in solution selling across IP, data, and voice network services
Experience using Salesforce.com preferred
Demonstrated strength in hunting, prospecting, and new account development
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
