About the Opportunity

Join a dynamic, purpose-led Kiwi organisation with data at the centre of decision-making

Take ownership of curated datasets, semantic models and reporting layers that the business relies on

Work across Microsoft Fabric, Databricks and Power BI to deliver trusted, scalable analytics products

Partner closely with stakeholders to translate real operational needs into robust solutions

Contribute to emerging AI-enabled capabilities, including AI-ready data assets and research/agent workflows

What You’ll Bring

Strong hands-on SQL and proven analytics engineering / BI delivery experience

Practical capability building semantic models and governed metrics for Power BI

Experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Databricks (lakehouse/warehouse patterns, pipelines, notebooks)

Confidence working through ambiguity, technical debt, shifting priorities and stakeholder change

Solid engineering habits: Git, testing/validation, documentation, and DataOps-style delivery
