**Technical Project Manager - Enterprise Applications**

This role offers you the opportunity to play a critical part in a step change within Beca’s enterprise applications programme, supporting the systems and platforms that will enable Beca’s second century of growth. As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex, technology initiatives, working closely with cross-functional business and technical teams,‑ and external delivery partners.

You will be responsible for taking initiatives from concept through to implementation, providing strong end-to-end project leadership across planning, governance, delivery, risk,‑ financial management, and stakeholder engagement. This includes managing multiple workstreams, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring delivery outcomes align with business strategy, quality standards, and commercial expectations.

**Mōu ake | About You**

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with significant experience leading large, complex technology projects, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment. You bring deep expertise in end-to-end‑ project delivery, with a proven ability to manage scope, cost, schedule, risk, and stakeholders across multiple workstreams and multidisciplinary teams.

You are comfortable operating at both a strategic and detailed level — able to see the “big picture” while maintaining strong control over delivery, governance, and outcomes. You apply sound project management principles to devise practical, economical solutions, and you balance best practice with pragmatism to meet business needs, timeframes, and commercial expectations.

As a trusted advisor, you build strong relationships with stakeholders, business leaders, delivery partners, and cross-functional teams. You communicate with clarity and influence, adapt your style to different audiences, and confidently lead through complexity, change, and ambiguity. You are resilient, solutions focused, and able to manage competing priorities across multiple initiatives in a‑n ‑enterprise environment.

• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivery partners, fostering collaboration and high performance
• Strength in stakeholder engagement, influencing, and acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders including senior leaders
• Practical application of project management methodologies to deliver fit-for-purpose‑, high quality‑ outcomes
• Curiosity and passion for how technology and new ways of working can improve business performance, now and into the future
