Job Description
To support a growing Data & Analytics team, the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will lead analytics initiatives, develop enterprise reporting solutions, and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions in a hybrid or remote environment.
##### Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights
Define and govern key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent reporting and decision-making across business functions
Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that affect business performance
##### Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data-focused roles
Advanced expertise in Power BI, including dashboard development and data modeling
Strong SQL skills with experience in querying and validating large datasets
Experience delivering executive-level reporting and presenting analytical findings to stakeholders
