• Develop and maintain the technology roadmap for Customer Success and Support systems
• Drive cross-functional programs and initiatives independently without requiring oversight
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure systems align with business goals

##### Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms in business systems or revenue operations
• Deep expertise in Salesforce (Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud) and Zendesk
• Hands-on experience with customer data platforms and customer health scoring tools
• Demonstrated AI fluency and experience with AI-powered tooling in business systems
• Strong command of requirements documentation, UAT, and release management practices
