Working remotely, the full-time Senior Communication Specialist will manage and maintain Clinical Letter Templates across various lines of business, ensuring compliance with legal and healthcare mandates while collaborating with regulatory teams and providing subject matter expertise.

##### Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a suite of Clinical Letter Templates, ensuring they are updated and compliant with regulations
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Compliance, and Legal Teams to ensure proper documentation and training on Clinical Letters
• Conduct analysis and streamline templates while facilitating user acceptance testing and post-implementation validation

##### Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare, managed care, or health insurance industry
• 2+ years of project leadership or business analytics experience, with preference for Six Sigma or PMP certification
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal business partners
• Demonstrated excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
