Job Description
Designing and maintaining global compensation frameworks, the full-time Senior Compensation Analyst will analyze market data, ensure compliance with international labor laws, and engage with stakeholders to provide strategic compensation guidance in a remote work environment.
##### Key responsibilities
Design and refine global salary structures and compensation guidelines to ensure competitiveness and equity
Maintain knowledge of international labor laws and market trends to ensure compliance and inform compensation strategies
Perform complex compensation analytics and reporting to support annual compensation cycles and drive data-informed recommendations
##### Required qualifications
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and VBA/macros
Experience in designing and implementing compensation frameworks on a global scale
Strong understanding of international labor laws and regulatory compliance related to compensation
Proven ability to engage and advise stakeholders on compensation matters
Experience with compensation analytics and reporting tools
