Job Description
To shape the future of talent reward strategies, the full-time remote Senior Compensation Partner will analyze market trends, support annual compensation cycles, and lead the equity program while collaborating with HR, Finance, and business leaders.
##### Key responsibilities
Analyze market trends and benchmark data to ensure competitive compensation programs
Support and administer annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, promotions, and equity
Lead the equity program, managing grants, tracking, and reporting in partnership with Finance and Legal
##### Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4-6 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related field
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with HRIS/Compensation tools is a plus
Familiarity with job evaluation methods, job leveling, pay structures, and compensation ranges
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and advise stakeholders
