Overseeing all accounting operations and financial reporting in a multi-entity environment, the full-time Senior Controller will drive process improvements, manage consolidations, and partner with executive leadership on budgeting and forecasting, all while working remotely.

##### Key Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, reporting, and financial close processes

Lead consolidations and financial reporting across multiple entities

Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

##### Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

8 years of accounting/finance experience with progressive leadership responsibility

Prior experience in the nonprofit and/or education sector

Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards

Demonstrated experience with consolidations, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
