We're looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Morrinsville Rural Supplies team. This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday with rostered Saturday mornings.

This role would suit someone who:

Has proven experience in rural retail, farming, horticulture, agronomy, animal health, or another agricultural industry role

Has strong rural supplies knowledge and a sound understanding of farming systems

Enjoys helping farmers and rural businesses succeed

Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service

Enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting others within a team

Wants to further develop their technical expertise and leadership capability

What does the role involve?

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day success of the store by:

Building trusted relationships with customers in-store, over the phone and across the wider rural community

Providing practical technical advice across a broad range of products

Identifying customer needs and recommending the right solutions

Supporting sales growth and customer retention

Assisting with stock management, merchandising and store presentation

Working closely with Technical Field Representatives, Account Managers and other PGG Wrightson teams

* Sharing knowledge and supporting the development of other team members
